Recording notes about your customers can be useful in communicating across your team and remembering your customers needs or wants. For example, you may want to note if your customer is interested in a certain product, or if a follow up is needed.
It is important to note that these notes are internal only – so customers won’t be able to see what you write.
Adding a Customer Note
1. First, visit the relevant profile of the customer, or a recent conversation with them. You will see the “Customer Notes” frame on the far right.
2. Simply type your comment and click “Add Note” when finished.
3. This note will now be visible to you and your team members.
